Annual Prize Giving and AGM

The society’s annual AGM will be held at Hazlehead Primary School, all current members of the society are strongly encouraged to attend to ensure that good governance of the society is maintained.

In addition the annual prize giving, the AGM agenda will include the following key items:-

• Secretary’s Report
• Treasurer’s Report and Financial Statement
• Conductor’s Report
• Election of Office Bearers and Committee
• Deciding which Charity(ies) the Society will Donate any surplus too
